There is a North and South split. That could mean that effectively the North is Dublin only. Outside Mayo and Dublin, can't see many takers North of Dublin. Can't see the LSL being happy giving up their to teams. Interesting times

And we wonder why the league is in the state it is in! The provincial leagues, including the Leinster Senior, building back football in this country

That's true - Bohs and Shels were caught up in the whole Celtic Tiger property bubble, keeping up with the neighbours spending spree. It is scandalous though, especially with the advantage that European money gives in a league with essentially no prize money.
Just hope Rovers go down the same path!

Take away the points from the first 12 games and you're left with relegation form, hampered by an inability to beat any of the Dublin teams. I wouldn't call for Devine's head, but he's skating on thin ice. Long produced similar results on a much smaller budget
