During Bakugou's next public sighting, he's wearing a collar with Blood Riot's name on it, plus quirk canceling cuffs. Blood Riot claims the little hero as his hostage yet asks for nothing in return. Deku gets increasingly concerned when Bakugou seems to make no effort to escape.

It all builds up until a civilian finds their favorite hero getting fucked in a public alleyway. Rumors spread as Bakugou hides out with BR. BR has the perfect solution.

Bakugou sneaks out to get his fix until he's allowed a key to BR's hideout for 3 weekly visits. Ofc Deku notices this new pattern and starts investigating. Even when they're on a 4 day stake out, Bakugou makes an excuse to leave.
