this is actual torment i cant in and out breathe out of any nostril, nasal decongestant that usually lasts for 8+ hours lasts for 6, medicine like nyquil hardly does shit, and i can’t even get a full night’s rest i was sleep for less than 4 fucking hours who was i in a past life to go through this
