What the neighbors have told me is that the condo he’s in is rented by an older woman who isn’t ever there. So clearly this is a guy whose rich mother or grandmother gave him this condo to dry out in, which he’s not doing (obviously). And it just pisses me off that I could really use that condo

Back when I was mildly obsessed and was playing NH daily, I think I eventually got to a success rate of about 20% with most classes, and I thought that was basically superhuman. Then I found out about mravin and his 50%+ rate and just got depressed lol
