for health and quality of life, people the right balance of hormones. my body doesn't make T anymore. without it I have sexual dysfunction, issues with temperature regulation, issues with energy. i know this because I lived that way for several years after surgery.

Still not really using social media much apart from scrolling cohost and occasionally Tumblr. It's been one of the best changes I made in life, it used to suck up so much of my energy and give me such anxiety.
