I spend too much time reading manga, watching anime, and thinking about Magic: The Gathering and need a place to put my thoughts.
Decided to buy a box of Lorwyn to support in universe magic. Last time I got a box was for Ikoria and even after opening well I was unhappy. But I wanted to buy sealed product and a box was $135 for 30 packs vs. a bundle at $65 for 9 so the math was obvious which I should get.

I really wish the image showed the piece count since it is almost 7000 pieces. This is a MASSIVE Lego set, bigger than Rivendell and The Razor Crest. I'd say RIP my wallet, but I'mma wait for some reactions to it before I lock into dropping that sort of cash on it.

If I could add one feature to Youtube it would be the ability to make subscription folders. Having dozens of subs from a wide range of interests is a pain in the ass and I'd sub to way more channels if I could group them in folders of say "anime","Magic", "Yugioh", etc.

Look, I know Red has a Charizard X in one of those specials, but they REALLY should have given the dragon mega form to the dragon trainer.
Finally got around to beating Legends ZA. I found a really dumb cheese strat for the final boss. If you have a Pokemon that floats and a long range move you can do the whole fight just floating above the rubble, totally immune to damage. Still, was an enjoyable finale and a really good game overall.

Sure do love how despite getting new wireless headphones I STILL have the issue where they don't charge when I put them back into the case.

Deck plus pulls from my prerelease. Went 2-0-1 being a turn away from a clean 3-0. Event was fun and deck was good. Shame I pulled 3 different rares twice, but a foil special Koh isn’t a bad prize to walk away with.

@chuggaaconroy.bsky.social Sure some other people told you this, but you missed a chest while doing the world revisits in End of the World. Very funny how right after you commented on being afraid you were missing them. Also think you missed one at the start too.

I've seen people say Crunchyroll is taking a nose dive, and I finally saw it for myself. Went to watch the new My Hero and dialog wasn't being subbed. First time I thought it was because it was just mumbling, but then it happened again with clear and more important dialog. Watching later I guess.

I have now opened 100 packs of the Ex pack in Pocket and have a total of 1 card over 1 stat to show for it. God my luck is awful.

It is SO dumb that you can't turn off auto-save in ZA. I wanted a male Chespin and had a name picked out and everything only to somehow end up with a 1/8 female. The fact that the Fennekin I got was also female has me afraid that when I get Charmander I'll role the 1/8 again.

I finally beat the last Canary Mary race in Tooie. I almost caved and used save states and I did make Zr another A, but I finally beat the race myself. The final race is +3 minutes a try so I spent ~90 minutes doing that and the one before. It sucked, but it's done.

I find it very funny that the penultimate episode of Witch Watch adapted material from the 11th volume, almost chapter 100, while the final one adapted material from volume 6 and chapters in the 50s. The anime jumped around so much. Would be really curious to see a break down of how much they did.

God I hate wireless headphones. Seriously, how is it SUCH a common issue that I'll put the headphones in the case and one of them just doesn't charge. Bloody hell.

The fact that the Dan Da Dan manga ended on one of the most insane plot developments in a while last week and followed it up by basically ignoring it until the end of the chapter this week is wild. I want to see how this new plot dynamic affects things. Gah!!!

I'm almost caught up to the Dan Da Dan manga and it sure has been fun seeing spoilers for what's been happening in the recent chapters as Youtube shorts. Wait, did I say fun. I meant horrible. God, Youtube spoilers are so freaking bad. At least I'm super curious about the WHY of it all.

Went 22-1 in the theme chronicle event on Master Duel playing Gladiator Beasts. Aside from the fact that that record is WILD by any stretch, it also amazes me how strong a deck GB are when they have zero meta relevance.

I just realized I accidentally deleted a note on my Mac that I've been using to track my place in my various shows for years now. Thank god notes doesn't delete them immediately and I was able to recover it.

My pulls between the Lugia and Ho-Oh packs in Pocket have been wild. Opened 40 Ho-Oh packs already and nothing above 1 star. Meanwhile this is what I’m at from Lugia from 24 packs so far.
