I have no doubt that this is true. This is the ONLY reason they are now 'approved' for released after months of delay!

When China built the great wall, they used the best technology available at the time. Today, Trump is wasting our tax dollars building a wall because he can't comprehend that modern technology can provide a better more effective solution.
