This is not to excuse their votes and the harm they've caused. But we need to welcome people who are risking family, friendship, and professional ties to start to repair the harm and form healthier relationships.

My dad is MAGA. If he showed any remorse and wanted to come to the pro-democracy side, I would welcome him with open arms.
People don't fully understand how brainwashed and cultist MAGA is. Anyone who is trying and doing the work to be pro-democracy should be at the protest.
