I used to be low key cut before the world changes and whatnot. The goal is still achievable 😤 part of it’s also me coming to terms with the fact that 40 is on the horizon and if I don’t start taking better care of myself now, I’ll be a disease-ridden shrimp by the time I’m 60.

I’ve been cutting back significantly lately, to be fair 😂 I hit the gym 9 days out of the last two weeks, which is the most I’ve gone since before the pandemic shut it down.
