EXACTLY. I’ve often felt ashamed that I put myself through college and worked so hard in the three decades since but can’t afford to by a home, then this week I realized that at every crossroads i made choices based on my ethics and that is why I’m not rich. So proud to be yacht-less.

What does it usually look like? I imagine it’s like Long Beach/San Pedro where there were barges and freighters as far as the eye can see. I want to drive down and see if it’s the same as your pic
