I dunno, I think not having a motorway roaring through the highlands is Good Actually. It's ridiculous that East Anglia doesn't have fast transport links to the rest of the country, but I tell you what: more fast, modern rail from the ports and from the big cities to London & OTHER CITIES would do.

The ULEZ isn't just about reducing clunky old engines, it is also about reducing traffic _full stop_. With what we know about heavier EVs creating more tyre particles in the air, you can't have more cars and clean air.
