‘Return to basics’ being code for ‘let’s jettison the innovative teaching of a diverse range of texts, viewpoints, and authors in favour of the “canon”’ I assume?

1) Video games. Preferably big complicated RPGs or nightmarishly difficult Lovecraftian horrorscapes. It’s more fun that it sounds, I promise
