I cant comment on DATV — still have to play it — but I think DAA is underrated. While technically a DLC expansion, it had a killer plot but The Architect/The First/Velanna were never explored in later games (besides Anders/Justice and a nathaniel cameo)

In my 1st playthrough of DAO, I recruited everyone except Sten (who I didn’t realize was a person you could even interact with) and later when I wanted to check back in on Lothering, I realized the whole place was no longer on the map.

Their client loved my pieces but ultimately went with a different agency. The guy that hired me tried to cheat me, refused to pay rest
