Well, mines not caused by anything grand. My spine compressed in my sleep 4 years ago, and caused a (still unhealed) compound fracture in L5. Leads to nerve damage and sometimes, my leg just won't work so im on a cane/wheelchair. I'm not super hopeful atp, but I keep on keeping on! 😁
