Completely!! Turns out having a developed brain & some social skills now is really nice. I have less energy but what was I using that energy for in my 20s??? Terrible toxic relationships?? Not sleeping??? Abusing my body?? 30s are dope.

That being said I understand the jokes are funny, just don’t let the jokes scare you.

I’m a former nursing home worker. If you’re scared of being old find some old people who are awesome who you can look up to. Perspective fixes everything.
