A bunch of apps have already updated to this new visual style that’s coming in with iOS 26, so it looks like some of them just accidentally added weird visual glitches to their app icons for no reason
On an iOS home bar, the music app icon is sitting to the left of the Overcast icon, and the SomaFM icon is sitting to the right. The Overcast icon looks like it’s reflecting light from the corners of the icon.

It's important to read a lot of #ttrpg books, even ones you think are bad, because every once in a while you will stumble on something absolutely hilarious like this, from #Battletech: A Time of War.

"Sorry boss, can't do mech fights today, got in a fight with a cyber ostrich"
The Animal Antipathy trait in the game "Battletech: A Time of War" reads: “Blake’s Blood, Roger! Did you lose a fight with your girlfriend’s kitten again?” A character with the Animal Antipathy Trait manages to bring out the worst in all creatures, great and small. Whether or not the character feels the same way, something about the character makes animals react far more negatively to his presence than they would otherwise. In game play, Animal Antipathy imposes a –2 modifier to all Skill Checks involving animals, such as Animal Handling, Riding and so forth. This effect also doubles the modifiers for a creature’s Shy or Aggressive Traits whenever said creature must make a Fight or Flight Check in the character’s presence. Any creature with the Aggressive Trait will also behave as if it has the Blood Rage Trait while in the character’s presence. If combat ensues, a creature so enraged will attack the nearest character with this Trait first.
