5️⃣ As women and marginalized groups continue to face challenges in other areas of society, we’ll see a huge boost of support for women and minority owned brands and businesses. Those creators will see bigger audiences as people find new ways to support those communities.

4️⃣ To appeal to Gen Z and the Alpha’s, brands will create new product and service segments and continue to be extremely bold (think Ocean Spray Cranberries and Dunkin'​) with their campaigns - and it’ll work.

3️⃣ Nostalgia will be an important sentiment, especially for the Gen X and Millennial audiences, and we will get the return of more nostalgic players (we’ve seen this with the rise of Lindsey Lohan, N*sync, Christina Aguilera, and JoJo this year).

2️⃣ In response to this, we’ll see an increase in news coverage on social media and see traditional media outlets bring in creators as guests to appeal to their audience. As people start to get more and more news from social media, we’ll see news happen faster and even more misinformation.
