I have to make time. I call nearby pharmacies to ensure meds are in stock before I request a refill from his doctor. If I don't, the doctor blindly sends it in and if the pharmacy is out of stock they will reject it and no one alerts me so its resulted in missed med days for my kid. Every 30 days.

I've been around gamedevs for a long time, but never touched engine work. Unreal and Unity always felt overkill. I have enjoyed trying my hand at raylib and LÖVE though. Those seem to speak to me.
