Personally, I like that I can take the top screen off when I am playing a single screen game... But, I might try to pick a thor up with the plan of giving it to my father if it is as good as it looks (else, I'll just eat the cost as a silly 3am purchase)

It is wonderful when viewed in its full size, but I think it looses something when shrunk down to PFP size...

To those that commission artists, because we don't see the full amount of time and effort put into a piece, it is very easy to gloss over what we are paying for.
It can help to think of it in terms of hourly rates, but even that is not a complete picture...

I've been sketching out some stick-figure drawings to describe my idea to an artist, and it just makes me appreciate artists all the more. I remember thinking at least one artist was under-charging for their work...

My hope is that, as a lover of many things, that people who don't like it take the right lesson here and, instead of destroying it, create art that appeals to them, like yuri, straight, landscapes, and more ❤️
