…breaking and entertaining (unlawful warrants), due process violations, unlawful detainer, denial of right to counsel, excessive force, criminal negligence, forced labor, sexual assault….to name but a few. These are almost all also state crimes for which there should be no immunity.

Totally agree — they’ll claim federal jurisdiction. But absolutely. Unfortunately, states are already derelict in their duty to enforce state law against ICE’s rampant illegality: kidnapping, false imprisonment, assault, battery, civil rights abuses, etc.

Still worth trying. Put Trump’s activist justices on record as fellow travelers, and give the worst enablers a taste of their own due-process medicine. What Democrats can’t do is normalize this or stage any “truth and reconciliation” nonsense. Whatever can be done to these crooks must be done.

Trump will almost certainly issue blanket pardons on his way out. But the Constitution doesn’t protect corrupt intent. Pardons granted to obstruct justice or violate the “Take Care” clause should be challenged as abuses of power.

Disgusting how Big Pharma’s payoffs mean we pay the highest drug prices in the world — after they bought off Congress to preserve monopoly pricing, block national negotiations, and capture regulators and insurers. And since taxpayers fund much of the research, we’re effectively paying twice.

Why do they need a court ruling? Federal agents aren’t immune from state crimes, especially off federal property. The 10th Amendment already made that clear. Blue states should’ve been arresting these thugs from day one.

Fitzgerald hasn’t leaked, isn’t under investigation, and won’t be a witness—so how could he have a conflict with the gov’t? Otherwise it’s Comey’s conflict to waive. It’s an obvious bid to remove counsel they’re afraid of. The circus must be in town because the DOJ’s full of clowns.

Article I lets each chamber set its own membership rules, and SCOTUS almost never steps in. Even if she’s being denied unconstitutionally—which she is—it’ll be resolved long before any writ gets heard. But Dems need to remember this and not go back to business-as-usual when they take the control.
