Do you think we should abolish the electoral college, and elect based on popular vote? Can there be amendments that make the electoral college more in line with the popular vote? Just curious as to what you guys think.

The legitimacy of the electoral college is again in play, With the exception of the 23d Amendment, which is pretty cut and dried, the 12th and 14th Amendments were efforts to make a ridiculous two party concept seem natural, when the founding fathers feared the establishment of political parties.
