I had a nice lineup this year of Yugioh, Bubble Bobble, Lolo, Hamtaro, Pokemon, and Echoes of Mana. (With guest appearance by [A Regular Duck]!)
I usually only make one big thing a year, but Radish Horse and Knitwit King both called out to me this year.

I had a nice lineup this year of Yugioh, Bubble Bobble, Lolo, Hamtaro, Pokemon, and Echoes of Mana. (With guest appearance by [A Regular Duck]!)

I find this a little hard to believe, but I seem to be the only person in the world (or at least the Internet) who has ever crocheted Rainbow Kuriboh. Surely Zexal wasn't *that* unpopular? I think Yu-Gi-Oh just isn't very common among crocheters, which is a shame.

I watched #yugioh Arc-V recently and decided I must have Performapal Radish Horse. So I spent the last 5 days working on this and once again surpassing my expectations of myself. I don't consider myself great at making leaves, but I guess I've really gotta stop doubting myself 😅

When Stardust Dragon faces a problem he can't overcome with strength alone, he removes himself to get a better look at the situation, allowing him to negate the problem and get rid of it. Then he can come back feeling refreshed next turn.

My puzzle game fixation led me back to Lolo 2, a game I've had since I was 5 and never beat. I recently played it again and finally beat it, and now I feel smart. It's surprisingly fun for how difficult it is.
I decided he was very craftable, and I love how the tail came out!

I've been in a Bubble Bobble mood and also needed a new bag, and realized I haven't cross-stitched in a while, so I made this over the past 4 days. I scrapped some work pants for the lining, and made the candy button from clay and painted it. I really love how it turned out!

I realized I haven't been on here in like a month. I've still been lurking and enjoying people's art, but I haven't felt super motivated to create anything myself lately. Just been practicing music here and there and playing a lot of Pokemon Pearl remake. I would like to crochet more soon though.

I played Pokemon Sword for 5 minutes today because I needed to catch Passimian for my Scarlet Pokedex, and literally the first one I found was shiny 🤣
I was gonna have my lv100 guy use False Swipe to lower it to 1 HP, but I decided to hold off. So glad I did because it immediately used Take Down 😅

I made this for a friend whose name means "snail" in another language. When I looked for inspiration, I was disappointed to see just how many ai-generated "crochet" (it can't be actually done) snail images there were, so I decided to use a real snail for reference. I rather like the result!

One year ago today, I bought my mini shamisen. I've been practicing it almost daily since then, and while I am by no means a prodigy, I think I've done pretty well considering there are very limited learning resources over here.

I imagined him as this handsome crow that assists Hamtaro when you "Go-P" and I sent the chicken pic as a reference. "Piss Crow" just kind of stuck.
