I can already see and hear the pearl clutching, the "Oh, how could this happen in THIS country?" when the next Trans murder victim is in the news. They'll make out like they give a shit, they'll say how terrible it is, then they'll dump the story the moment a conveniently timed distraction appears.

A quite horrific future scenario comes to mind:
Streeting Vs Jenrick.
That, putting all other things aside for a moment, is a truly terrifying prospect. It would be like watching to two rabid dogs fighting over a maggot-riddled corpse. Not pretty, not pretty at all.

You're evidence only for your own existence, same as everyone else. Don't put that weight on your shoulders, because even if you blipped out, bigots would still find targets: other Trans people, butch-looking women, effeminate-looking men, or anyone who doesn't fit their idea of 'normal.'
