That time you killed me last night! I really love this game, easy to pick up but a ton of thinking once your focus starts changing eras. Worrying about your past present and future selves while shifting between past, present and future every turn is challenging and really fun! #boardgames

Finally got my Pokémon wall up in my office. Room for additions but I like all the pieces I’ve made so far. I really like my fossil set with the little museum style cards! “Lone trainer at the Lake of Rage” is still my favorite. Very Lucky painting find at a yard sale that screamed add #Pokémon!

Finally talked my partner into playing Fire Tower with the expansions and they loved it! I really like the fire hawks element and the new actions cards add some new strategies.

Great article! As an avid hiker this game sounds amazing! My boys and I enjoy Fire Tower so I took them hiking in the ADK to the Mount Arab Fire Tower. We loved it! I think my partner would enjoy the mild competition style too!

Solo game of Mouse Cheese Cat Cucumber while waiting for laundry. Great Escape mode is fun and easy to pick up, scaling difficulty if you’re looking to make it more challenging. Met the creator a few years ago at PAX Unplugged and played this and Hedgehog Hop.

Solo game of Mouse Cheese Cat Cucumber while waiting for laundry. Great Escape mode is fun and easy to pick up, scaling difficulty if you’re looking to make it more challenging. Met the creator a few years ago at PAX Unplugged and played this and Hedgehog Hop.

I even made a little sand storm for our copy of Desert. Sky went all in on their pieces and jungle has its own figures. I want to make little clear blue resin tiles for Island sometime.

Lots of great games but I think I come back to this series a lot. My boys and I love to play them and Forbidden Island is my go to gift game to get people into gaming.

kagurabachi is really good and started just recently. Volume one is out and volume two drops in February.
