I wonder if they aren't spraying too much of this stuff in the air. They've been trying to control it since the 50's w/ Operation Popeye, Project Cirrus & Stormfury. Many countries signed the treaty in 77' to not use it as a weapon but do we really trust that it wouldn't be used to enrich the few.
