always seem a little unsure about the items in the store.

This is what makes me feel othered by my own culture. It isn't that he said anything wrong..it's that I feel just as I have growing up, the disconnect I have with my identity as a filipino-born, Canadian-raised adoptee. /2

The local filipino store in my area must have been wondering why i frequent the store but rarely ever buy the things everyone usually buys. I got to talking to one of the store attendants, its a family-runned place, and he says, you come here often sometimes with your kids, but you guys /1⬆️

This our kitty, Milés Meowles. We've had him for about a month and a bit. He's the cutest and so loved, but honestly, he can be super annoying and a pain on the butt..

Why does he keep making a mess of his litter, dragging it everywhere, and breaking his poop door?

Why is it so hard for people to take the time and accept that their noise and opinions aren't always required and the only truth?

Why must some have to make way for others, when we're all entitled to our own truth.

It's okay if you don't understand everything or know everything.
