Yes! The sweetest person yesterday was saying how difficult it is to find that balance between rigor and gentleness. That really hit for me. And gentleness =/= inefficacy. It’s essential.

There are only a handful of books that I enjoy re-reading, and this is one of them. I’ve probably read it a half a dozen times. So good!

Oh gosh-we read it and watched the movie SO many times. Then of course had to do Rumble Fish,That Was Then This is Now, and Tex. But The Outsiders was always the favorite.
