I have often wondered and never investigated who is the optimal candidate for a: “CT Chest W/ Contrast”?
Hey doc, recently cared 4 a COPD exacerbation caused by influenza in the ER with limited resources. Used the "kitchen sink" and your chapter in the IBCC to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything. Why doesn't it make sense to give parental steroids AND nebulizer Budesonide in these ICU-level folks?

One of the TEs for continuity sakes, Christensen for versatility, and likely Mike Jackson given lack of real depth in secondary. Need ~5 defensive starters from draft and free agents.
