Yeah for sure! There might be close to enough space for 9 per if packed tight, but I don't exactly have 6 of *every* single card (like foils or legends) but here is what opus 23 and 24 look like. There's a little wiggle room, plus a dragon shield box laying flat in the back. 9 might be close!
