Yeah I think it’s coz the plus account is separate from regular account.
Like they make it clear that with a plus account, you won’t be able to go into a branch for any help with a plus account as it’s a strictly online only thing 🤷🏻♀️

So frustrating.
I first noticed it when I tried to open an ANZ Plus account & then noticed it again when trying to open an account with UBank.
The ANZ Plus account was especially annoying cos I was already an ANZ customer but couldn’t open the other account coz I had no license or passport
