Police attended the empty Chinese Buffet restaurant in Blackpool last Wednesday and made 5 arrests on suspicion of slavery. As shocking as this is, they committed some pretty bad food crimes when they were open. I once saw them opening a pack of Lidl cherry bakewells for the dessert stand.
