This network has multiple individual clusters, in which we can infer positive and negative relationships between genes.

About 30% of these are predictable, and about half of these are widely distributed across the phylogeny. Furthermore, we used the importance values from the classifier models to create a network of how predictable genes contribute to explaining the presence of each other.
