True, however 55+ isn't the same as OAP, and my personal situation is I believe reflective of broader demographic economic trends that have shifted wealth up the age range.

I'm over 55, and don't think I should qualify for a concession if this comes at the cost of charging younger supporters more. And that's how concessions work, a relative subsidy across different groups. Cost of housing means younger people often have it tougher than older generation did.

The team that's not won the league for nearly a century, last won the Cup a lifetime ago, and any trophy 55 years ago, but still the 4th best supported English team of all time.
