Today I had to rush Hana to the emergency vet after she suffered multiple seizures. Five in total over an hour and a half. She's in heart failure, with fluid building in her lungs. She has to stay in the ICU for treatment and tests. I got to hold her before leaving. I'm so, so scared for her.

On the first day of April, we had an intruder. One with sticky fingers. One who leapt from one end of the house to the other. The damage is still unknown, but we're still hearing the occasional "ribbit" in our ears.

I can share this, too! These are my dogs. Their names are Lulu and Hana. Lulu is 11, Hana is 10. They're my world, and incredibly spoiled.
