Tie between Amnesia: The Bunker, Lost in Vivo, and Silent Hill 3. All for different reasons.
Bunker for its unending tension, Lost in Vivo for its constant feeling of dread, and SH3's use of being stripped of bodily autonomy was disturbing in a way that hit really close to home.
