Meet our co-secretary, Hadeel!

Hadeel is a PhD student at the University of Michigan's Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences, as well as their Museum of Paleontology.

Her research focuses on the paleobiology of reef-associated fishes. #BlackInNHMs

Meet our co-treasurer, Hank!

Hank is a fish biologist and Professor at Tulane University. He is also the director of their Biodiversity Research Institute and curator of the Royal D. Suttkus Fish Collection.

It's the world’s largest collection of post-larval fishes. #BlackInNHMs

#BlackInNHMs Highlight: Robert Gilbert was a naturalist who served as an assistant & colleague to former MCZ Harvard curator William Brewster. Gilbert became a birder and ornithologist, spotting, photographing, and identifying birds. Learn more about him: bit.ly/3QK3oA6
