I used proton before tuta and don't feel this slowness with their app. I'm not sure if they just have lower latency or handle this better clientside, but it feels a lot more responsive. (3/3)

I know you can select multiple emails and archive them in bulk, but that doesn't feel as natural. When I have a bunch of non-archived emails, I want to get rid of the ones I'm sure I don't need one by one and see the list shrink down to the ones I want to keep for later. (2/3)

Mostly on android. My concern is about responsiveness: it feels like, when swiping to archive an email, it waits for the server to respond before actually getting it out of the list. this feels really slow sometimes and makes it annoying to archive multiple emails at once. (1/3)

I'm glad we get to see the outcomes of this survey rather than screaming into the void like it usually is with tech services. I wasn't there in 2023, but I must be a minority of users who think the app is still too slow
