Photo of the end of the Pamela Franklin interview…

I’m guessing that too many obsessed fans might have led to her not doing public appearances.

I forget why not, but Stuart Gordon nearly directed the first film. Would have meant the big time!

Yes we do, that’s where I saw them first. I’d prefer a secondhand one from a dusty old shop down a side alley.

Well, we’ve possibly peaked and will now backtrack to the point where we’re in caves. We’ll then have a second chance to get it right. Which will possibly be cruelly cut short because, during the great backtracking, some idiot reintroduced dinosaurs and all we’ll have are pointy sticks.

I can only dream that someone gives the same level of attention to the Day of the Triffids movie, with tons of behind the scenes photos, cast and crew interviews all in a huge great book!

Oh, and books about Nash the Slash. These arrived today from Skill Records via Bandcamp. A book of Paul Till’s photos of Nash (in and out of bandages!). Bonus bookmark, postcards and a new badge (got another one from 1981 somewhere).

Still looking forward to the new documentary.
