When discussing government waste. Start with raising minimum wage high enough so no one with a full time job needs a government program to get by.

Ok. Let’s discuss the ticktock ban purely as a matter of national security. The argument I would make for it is that ticktock is owned by a company that can literally compel it to share its data with a nation that the US has a conflicted relationship with. Not an enemy nor an ally.
