To avoid that you can just sketch comics to improve if you don't want to show it and want to just improve because I started doing comics and it helped to make me do things out of my comfort zone so cool and because I just sketch it I got good fast btw sketching is the fastest way to improve

Do the comic one it is alot of fun I did it and the best part it improved me like 3 to 5 times as fast as normal sketching

I dont use clip studio but you can draw a gesture on it then re pose it until it feel natural
