Thoughts: I loved it! The rumors are true, it is a little heavy. I felt a slight strain on my neck as soon as I put it on. My demo lasted about 45 minutes and I didn’t feel any eye strain or dizziness. If they release a lighter version, I’ll probably purchase that.

This used to happen when I worked for the airlines. Go back to BA and ask to speak to a supervisor and they should be able to resolve it.
