Calgary has been designed for two groups to thrive and succeed here; home builders and car dealerships. If you aren’t either of those, there is little reason to be optimistic about this cities direction.

#yycbike is a 10/10 today. Everyone looking miserable in their cars isn’t making this December feel very festive though. Maybe ask Santa for a bike this year; I guarantee it will bring more satisfaction than your salt crusted SUV.

#yycbike 14th Street pathway is in excellent condition this evening. I even passed a snow clearing machine making it extra minty for those that would still rather ride than play bumper cars.

#yycbike McKnight pathway is excellent today, the intersections leave much to be desired though. No wind is a bonus!
