I wouldn't mind Trek for different audiences if it was IN ADDITION to Trek for the core audience. But there's no Trek for the core audience, so we're gonna all have to watch Academy for our fix, and that's not gonna work. 😣

I just wish there was more Trek. I don't wanna hate on Trek for the CW crowd, but I'd like there to also be Trek for old farts. And yes, despite the recent discourse, there ARE old farts who like Trek for being progressive and want more of it that way.

I thought similar things. But I also think they don't have the votes to pass a budget, so they don't even want to have to vote on it, cause that looks bad.
