and in general, I feel it's a good practice to repeat the exercise regularly and outside of scenes. meaning, casually asking at random times how they feel and never taking 'good' as an answer. force us to describe our feelings and emotions, physically and mentally x

if you're a dom... please don't take a simple 'yes' or 'good' as an answer. it is your responsibility to try and deeper understand how your sub actually feels. even if they feel good. you want a better description of that 'good'. perhaps you could ask them for three words to describe _how_ they feel
