Good question, Young Master~ You are **not** expected to have a solid idea. All the mods are looking for is enough information to help assign a beta reader and artist for your submission. For ex. your tags could be 'hurt/no comfort, break up, cheating' and your summary 'Agni walks in on Sebastian kissing Soma.'
