Finally got my hair done. I’m grateful for my patient stylist. She’s been incredibly understanding of my health and finances. I didn’t realize how long it had been since my last retightening, but I’m grateful. I refuse to go into my next year of life raggedy! 😫😂

I empathize with you 💞 one of the biggest lessons I’m learning is to be intentional to how I talk to myself in the shadows too. Bad days are unavoidable but we still deserve to be loved in those moments
