I hate that maintenance doesn't provide you with a time frame that they'll be coming to fix whatever.

I had one of my HG's who worked at a hospital call my ex phone & pretended like there was an emergency with his brother & he needed to hurry up & get there quick. Just for me to be sitting outside a couple of houses down, on the lookout, trying to catch him with someone. 🤦🏾♀️😅🤭
