Good for you, new year fitness people. Please just read class descriptions to make sure you’re in beginner classes. Otherwise it’s dangerous for you & it screws up everyone else’s workout.

for what's it worth, the conditions at MDC BK are horrible and especially in winter. i have protested multiple times in that parking lot for the treatment of humans.

Because 2025 involved such intense life or death care giving, i keep forgetting that i myself had to go under anesthesia twice this year. Grateful for emergency contact friends because surgery while single at middle age ain’t easy…logistically or otherwise.

one of the pilates teachers, that got me through the pandemic via zoom classes, now does an annual zoom xmas class. missed last year cause in the hospital w/pa, but did the xmas class this morning & it was challenging and joyful and simple and energizing and kind. and what more could i want.
