A key theme is the twin transition (digital + sustainability) yet we welcome abstracts, papers and panels on all things related to data, algorithms, policy, and governance. Today is not only my first day on Bluesky but also my first day as scientific director of Leiden University’s Institute of Public Administration. Don’t yet know what the 🦋-verb is, but I’ll message about that role, my work on the interface of digitalisation, government and policy, and other stuff.
