I know you get a lot of support from your husband based on your posts and that's so wonderful! My experience was just different and it was hard to relax.

You said your husband is a paramedic? The father of my girls is a paramedic and a Fire Captain. I'm not sure what the shifts for your husband are but I hated the 48 hours on 96 hours off! It's a worthy calling but I never felt like mine could step out of his role for his family. He was always rigid.
